Dan Forsyth

Dan Forsyth is a guitarist from Birmingham. Classically trained from the ages of 6 to 10, Forsyth returned to the instrument at 16 during the UK lockdown. Their first musical passion was the blues, learning songs by Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, B.B. King, Albert King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.

After immersing themselves in blues, Forsyth began exploring other guitar-driven genres, teaching themselves hard rock and heavy metal by playing music from Mötley Crüe, Metallica, Megadeth, Ratt, Black Sabbath, and Def Leppard.

Forsyth is also a guitarist and song writer in a punk/indie band called To The Dogs. The band was started in June 2024, they are working on their first EP and single releases and looking to release summer 2025. They spend their time writing songs and rehearsing them so they are ready for the studio as soon as possible. At the same time, they also learning cover songs and perfecting them so they are ready to play some gigs in and around London so we can start building a name for ourselves.
