Flo Williams
Flo Williams is a technically focused creative, currently working as a multi skilled operator in live sports broadcasting and events. She’s driven by the energy of live production and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. With hands-on experience across a broad mix of productions, Williams has built her technical skill set in roles like vision mixing, replay, graphics playback, and camera operating. Her work has taken her to the Paris Olympics, where she worked under the sports presentation unit and discovered a passion for audiovisual. Looking forward, she is keen to branch into audiovisual for gigs and festivals, combining her technical skillset with her love for live music environments.
Throughout her time at Ravensbourne University London, Williams dedicated herself to enhancing her technical skills, ensuring full preparation for industry, while also exploring creative leadership. During Final Major Project season, she produced the pilot for “Studio”, a magazine-style web show, strengthening her proficiency in idea development, editorial planning, and project management. She also worked as a camera operator on “A Thin Line”, supporting the camera department in shot planning and equipment rigging.
Williams was also a Student Ambassador, becoming a regular crew member on RAVElate, as well as mentoring GCSE and A-Level students in live TV production at Ravensbourne University London’s winter school.
