Joe Duke Jordan
Joe Duke Jordan is a multidisciplinary creative who recently completed a Foundation Diploma in Media and Design at Ravensbourne University London. Their work blends visual storytelling, animation, and editing, often driven by emotional themes, urban culture, and personal experience.
Their final project, Reimagined, is a bold and expressive animation that channels chaos, creativity, and growth. Using glitch-inspired effects and surreal characters, the work tells the story of an idea on the edge of being forgotten, brought back to life by a ‘creative god’ figure. The piece explores how ideas, like people, can be saved, transformed, and reimagined into something meaningful. It reflects the artist’s core belief that no idea is ever wasted, only waiting to be developed.
Looking ahead, Jordan aim to continue creating personal yet widely relatable work that taps into youth culture, mental health, and self-expression. Whether through content creation, editing, or design, they are focused on developing a style that feels authentic, experimental, and emotionally resonant.
