Luca Faccinello
Luca Faccinello is a born cinephile who has seen over 1,500 films covering all genres and periods and who is the current president of Ravensbourne University London film society.
In three very productive years, Faccinello has specialised in offline editing and has added to his experience editing a range of genres from drama to documentary and music videos. He works mainly in Avid Media Composer and is about to take the Avid 101 exam, and he can also use a range of postproduction software such as Premiere Pro, Pro Tools and Da Vinci Resolve. He has experience working in various post-production environments including Envy, Final Cut, and the World Newsroom at the BBC, where he edited for a live broadcast.
Prior to his Editing and Post-Production degree at Ravensbourne Univeristy London, Faccinello was the youngest filmmaker on the highly competitive NFTS/BFI Film Academy Craft Skills Residential programme 2020.
He has recently finished editing the drama “A Thin Line”, which he also DIT’d and post-produced.
