Lydia Paget is a womenswear designer with a strong focus in pattern cutting and exploring silhouette. Her expertise is derived from her fashion degree at Ravensbourne University London and her time spent interning at Conner Ives. Paget's graduate collection explores the relationship between women and bags, this is further expressed through bold silhouettes and leather craft.
This collection evokes the connection between women and bags and the idea that women are born wearing bags as they are such an integral part of everyday outfits. To explore this, Paget looked at classic garments where she added the trompe l'oil of a bag being worn.
