Michael Hunter
Michael Hunter is a soon-to-be graduate of Ravensbourne University London with a passion for visual storytelling and expertise in directing, casting, and production management. He has worked on scripted series, live events, and short films, also leading the casting numerous times. As production manager for "Studio," a music magazine show, Hunter oversaw logistics and ensured smooth production workflows.
Hunter’s most recent accomplishment is "A Thin Line," a short film he wrote, cast, and directed, exploring sensitive subjects from two distinct perspectives. He also wrote and directed "Fleeting Encounters," a film submitted for Refugee Week, highlighting human stories with emotional depth. Additionally, he directed a film focused on the casting industry, designed as an educational tool for aspiring casting professionals.
Hunter further demonstrated his creative and technical skills by directing the nominee films for the London Sports Awards 2024, showcasing his ability to work under pressure and deliver compelling visual content. His experience also includes a summer programme with Amazing Pictures at Universal Orlando Resort, where he captured professional-grade photographs in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
