Phia Milson

Phia Milson is a multi-disciplinary musician, songwriter, and producer with a BA (Hons) in Music and Sound Design from Ravensbourne University London. Milson is passionate about a wide range of genres from a young age, she began teaching herself guitar at 11, with songwriting and production following soon after. She is now proficient in software including Ableton Live and Logic Pro.

Her debut EP, In Over My Head (March 2025), showcases her full creative control — writing, performing, recording, mixing, and mastering every track in a home studio. Tracks from the EP, including Seams and Astral, have received national and international radio play on BBC Introducing (Essex & Cambridgeshire) and Amazing Radio (UK & USA).

Phia Milson is currently working on her second EP, Brand New Familiar Face, a more stripped-back, acoustic guitar-based project that highlights a raw, intimate songwriting style. In addition to music, she creates all her own visual assets — including cover art, graphics, and video content and independently produces Six of Stakes, a TV/Pop Culture podcast entirely solo, managing everything from concept to post-production.

My debut single, “closing time”, which was released in September 2024, written, recorded and produced by Milson in their home studio.

My song, “seams” was featured on BBC Introducing Essex & Cambridgeshire on 13th March 2025 — Milson's first radio play.

“thedistance” was Milson's second single, released in November 2024. Milson wrote, recorded and produced this song within a day. It's my most streamed song to date.
