Shahzoda Isomova

Shahzoda Isomova is a passionate interior architecture designer whose journey into design began after raising a family and starting a new life in the UK. Originally from a non-English-speaking country, she returned to education after a 15-year break, balancing motherhood with creative ambition. As a mother of three Isomova brings empathy, determination, and a grounded perspective to every project.

Isomova began her studies with an Access Course at Ravensbourne University London, where her interest in reimagining and repurposing space quickly grew into a deep commitment to interior architecture. Alongside her studies, she launched a property management and development business during her first year, gaining real-world insight into how spaces function and evolve.

Isomova especially enjoys space planning, technical detailing, and producing 2D plans, 3D visuals, and construction drawings. She has developed strong digital skills using Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools, and takes pride in creating sustainable, human-focused designs that respond to real social needs.

Her Final Major Project explores the adaptive reuse of Segas House in Croydon as a civic space for migrant families — an idea inspired by her own lived experience and passion for inclusive, healing environments.

Isomova’s journey reflects a love of learning, a strong work ethic, and a belief in the power of design to transform lives and communities.
