Shanna Conner

Shanna Conner is a character animator specialising in animation for games. Originally drawn to film, she discovered her true creative home in games, where her deep love for RPGs, interactivity, and player-driven storytelling could fully thrive. Known for her curiosity and technical intuition, Conner constantly pushes herself to learn new tools and workflows, often teaching herself complex software and tools like Unreal Engine and Blueprints, UE’s visual coding system, long before formal instruction.
Though animation is her core focus, Conner has intentionally broadened her skillset to understand how it connects with gameplay, mechanics, and the wider pipeline, exploring areas like rigging, level design, and asset integration. Her work blends expressive performance with gameplay-aware design, and she is committed to contributing to more inclusive, collaborative, and technically innovative spaces in games. Conner is especially passionate about ensuring women’s voices are seen, heard, and fully realised within the stories we tell.
