Shannon Bowles

Shannon Bowles is a playful illustrator based in London, with a love for designing expressive and silly characters.

She creates her work digitally, finding it the perfect medium to let her ideas flow freely onto the page.

Bowles' illustration career has evolved significantly while being at Ravensbourne University London, where she has constantly been developing her visual language. A highlight of her studies was being featured in “New Wave” magazine which published an article on her three-part illustration series exploring the "Fashion Evolution of Playboi Carti." The feature also gave insight into Bowles herself and her creative process.

Bowles is deeply inspired by her love of video games. She is fascinated by the variety of ways characters are depicted, and this fuels her own imaginative work.
