Before studying architecture, Malik’s passion was nurtured through his early interest in art and design, which guided him toward a creative career path. His philosophy for the future of architecture emphasises the importance of a strong ethos of sustainability, awareness of global issues, and respect for diverse cultures — all while ensuring that society and communities can thrive.

Malik values his clients and community, which is why his design approach focuses on promoting social inclusion and pushing creative boundaries. His study of architecture has also been influenced by his love of Star Wars. It has helped him understand the role of architectural character and environmental storytelling across worlds where a variety of people interact on different planets.

In the future, he hopes to channel his passion for architecture, continue learning from others, and stay inspired by the work of fellow creatives. He looks forward to the opportunity to share his own successes one day.

Outside of architecture, he enjoys drawing and painting fictional characters. He also spends time model-making, gaming, and watching sci-fi films such as Star Wars, Marvel, and DC. Additionally, he enjoys sports — his favourites being football and cricket.
