Summer Leu-Wilson is an artist with a strong interest in that which is different. Specialising in collage, and working with alternative materials, Leu-Wilson enjoys exploring a range of topics from metamorphosis to menstruation. She is a passionate and dedicated individual who aims to produce exciting and authentic work that sparks a curiosity in her viewer. She has grown up under the influence of a unique tattoo family and has worked at Tattoo Conventions across Europe. She prides herself on being open-minded and producing distinctive work no matter the brief. During her time on the foundation course, she discovered zines as a rebellious and expressive way to communicate to her audience, using collage to create tiny scenes and play with typography.

Leu-Wilson currently manages a small Tattoo-inspired clothing business with her mother called AmaLeu.Com. In the future, Leu-Wilson plans to expand this business and hopefully take on some commission work so that she can broaden her graphic design knowledge and learn more about what it means to work as a freelance artist.
